Army Pictures Added!

FINALLY I can log back on to blogger, always got an error message for the last few days when I tried to write a new post. As you may have noticed,  the links on top of this blog lead you directly to these pictures, but whenever I post a picture for the first time, I'll comment it, while on the "My current Army"-page it's more a gallery.

As you may notice very quick, my color scheme is blue, white and black. But that's only for the beginning, every commander of my army will bring his own troops in his own color into battle, and for now, the only commander I have is the big guy with the dragon head lance right in the front of this picture, in his unit of Knights of the King, who later on will get some of this stickers on them as soon as all of them are done.

Peasants are my favorite Unit of the Bretonnian army, so I will have lots of them, and this particular regiment will participate in every single battle, so if you were wondering where my painting skill is at - that's my best! I'm especially proud of the torch, never painted fire before, but white as a base color with yellow on top of it and red drybrushed over it really looks exactly how I wanted it!
Archers, while not as melee strong as the peasants (and melee is the only true way to fight, after all!) are still very nice miniatures, because they have the same poor, mixed look as the peasents while not having a shield (those straight lines are really a pain sometimes!).
My archer champion turned out to be my best painted miniature yet, although I've noticed that almost every time I only paint one miniature the whole day it turns out great.
The Pegasus Knight, while awesome looking, is the most breakable model I have so far - and I'm planning on adding four more (including a standard bearer), but as only fictional unit available to Bretonnia that is also looking like an elite-super-knight, I couldn't resist. Plus, he was part of the army deal box.
So that's all of my battle forces so far, adding at least one every day I should be done in no time. Once I'm finished painting them, I'll add stickers to the knights and start decorating the bases, and my first ~950 points are done!

Hope you enjoyed the little show-around :)
